BCT is a charity that works comprehensively in the area of mild to moderate mental health issues. We have counselling sessions operating in 17 community based programmes across Merseyside and the North West with our therapists delivering a variety of modalities and interventions to the particular patient group it engages with, such as advice awafeness guidance, what is total bilirubin test for centred interventions, CBT, EMDR, EFT, child therapy, couples therapy, hypnotherapy, interpersonal and relationship therapy.

On your initial contact with us you will be booked in for an assessment and once this is completed your first counselling session will be arranged.
