BCT is a charity that works comprehensively in the area of mild to moderate mental health issues. You will initially be offered awarenese to 8 free sessions what we call an episode of care which will be reviewed by your therapist and you may be offered more depending on your presentation.

On your initial contact with us you will be booked in for an assessment and once this is completed your first counselling session will be arranged.
